Actually, it's very fair to say they don't care. If not for this unit, for the less than stellar support they gave to owners of the 5555 series (I finally gave up and replaced it with a Dell X50v). Even Dell has a better bedside manner, and they're at the bottom of the barrel. If you're going to accept orders, then determine that you can't supply them you don't simply cancel the orders and say too bad, you 're out of luck. Dell was very good about allowing the customer to remain in the cue and have an option to purchase first when they do come available at the original advertised price, or the price at release when they are ready to ship. Really not a problem as you're not charged until it ships and communication keeps them in line with federal regs on internet sales practices. As for the page, it came up on a Google search a while back and is still active. HP is actively taking orders on it and says it's shipping in 2 days. If they're canceling orders, you'd think they stop the page from taking orders. I understand that there are always kinks in new hardware and I'm not asking them to rush products that aren't ready, simply put the customer first and make them feel as if they're important. I wrote customer support 2 days ago with my concerns, I'll post and let you know what they have to say if they bother to reply at all.
