Pocket Informant will do that if I understand your needs correctly. You can set alarms for future meetings and there is a built in Task List. It has a calendar, contacts and the best part is that it integrates them all into one package, which is a major difference from the default apps. Plus it synchs with the desktop so you can get a better view of the whole picture.
