The good thing about Listpro is that it is very flexible. The bad thing about Listpro is that it is very flexible - meaning you'll have to create the file yourself. The files are not hard to create, but there is a bit of a learning curve. If you decide to use Listpro, let me know and I'll try to help you out (if you think you need it).

Listpro also has a desktop version. So you can set everything up there and then copy the file to your pocket pc. The Pocket PC version is fully functional, but I find it tedious to create things entirely on the pocket pc.

You can also import and export information into ListPro. So if you already have the client demographic data in another system, you may be able to export the data to a comma delimited file and then import it into Listpro. You can also export your Listpro data to a comma delimited file.
