I think this is the closest match. It is still not exact, since my modem firmware is different, but looks like it should work fine if I just turn it off and connect to my Linksys through wired LAN and configure and try that way.

I am %100 sure that my Linksys IP is still 192.168.1.1, when I turn off or disconnect the Westell modem, (when it is totally out of the picture), going to 192... will take me to Linksys setup (using WiFi). Once I turn the Westell on, it somehow takes it over, and suddenly 192... takes me to Westell. I haven't figured out how it does, but I will try the link you gave me tomorrow (time to sleep now) and see if it works.
