Hey hyedipin, I would suggest that you turn off your westel modem, and go into the Linksys. Once you are in you linksys you can go through the menus and change the DHCP server options within. Once you have gotten those changed, turn back on the westel modem and change the DHCP settings there so that it only gives out one address, and turn off the wifi. That should help you in getting it setup correctly. depending on the model of your linksys, I would also suggest a firmware update with a 3rd party software. I always suggest DD-wrt, it allows you to make some very useful tweaks to your router. If you need a walkthrough, or some more help, just ask.
