Do you have a card reader? This would be the easiest way then you could just copy the files from the old SD, via your PC, to the new card. You could do this to the CF card as well.
Could it also be done via bluetooth/wireless through your PC? I don't know.
Of course if you don't have a card reader then I am talking nonsense as I can't help
