This all depends on several things (do you need Flash, your Internet connection speed / price etc).
I'd say if your conn. speed is either expensive or slow, OM4 is by far the best solution. The same if you don't really need Flash or copy/paste capabilities.
Don't be misled that Opera recommends OMobile the most for PDA's - after all, they have to generate income, too - and OMini is free, while OMobile is commercial ;-)
