KeepVid looks like it will be an excellent solution to finding the .flv files to download! Until now I had to find the video I wanted, and then after watching it, search through my temporary internet files until I found it again, and copy it to my desktop, potentially rename it from a "file" into an flv, then test watch it, and if it was the wrong one, repeat until I found the right one. Now there will be 2 steps: (1) Download video. (2) Convert with SUPER. DONE!

(UPDATE: I found out that most .flv files from Youtube can be played "as is" as long as you have the FLV codec for TCPMP. Now conversion is necessary only about 30% of the time, because I can watch most videos with no convesion at all thanks to this codec.)
