My happiest moment? The time when I learned about MemMaid the first time. I had a device that wouldn't sound a single alarm because the reminder database was sooo messed up (by Windows Mobile, of course). I downloaded the trial version and clean up the reminder database. I was so pleased with the other functionality of the program that I bought it. So many times I have come to the site with a problem I couldn't unravel and found the solution. This is wonderful and wonderfully helpful community of mobile device users!
