Yes. I do use iGuidance 4 on my Tilt it works Great. I was using iGuidance and TomTom on my Axim 51v both maps loaded on a 4GB SD card. I just copied the iGuidance maps on to a microSD card and installed the program on the Tilt. iGuidance has an option (Tools-> GPS Options-> Auto Detect) to detect the GPS automatically and will set to use it. That is great! The COM port it is using on my Tilt is COM4 (4800 though some times it shows 9600).

I also used an external BT receiver (just to test the connectivity) and works great as well.

I'm planning to get a 6GB microSD and transfer both iGuidance and TomTom maps to it so that I can use either program maps.
When I'm home (using WiFi), I used Google Maps, WLS and Yahoo! Go maps to see if the GPS is being recognized and all recognize GPS very well.

I love the GPS feature of this phone since I don't need to carry my Axim for GPS purposes.
