I have a user that is using an iPaq to wirelessly download her exchange mail via POP3 to her pda. The pda is running WM5 with Outlook 2002. The account is set up properly and downloads all her emails when it connects wirelessly. The hitch is, as soon as it downloads all the emails, it marks all of the ones it has just downloaded as "read" (or unmarks them as new) in Outlook 2003 on her desktop. She just received a new desktop model within the past month and this issue wasn't occuring on the previous pc. I would appreciate any help cause I've run out of ideas and she's running out of patience.
