Guys,
I will read everything in this thread and keep searchinf for a solution to my own problem. I posted this as a reply to "Spectec", but will paste it here so you know my experience with SDG-810:

"Hi, I have bought the SPECTEC SDG-810 SDIO GPS Receiver a couple of weeks ago, installed the driver from the SPECTEC mini CD through ActiveSync on my X51v, WM5. The card seems to be working well (its green led blinks while acquiring sattellites and then goes to a steady state meaning a fix on position, even indoor). However, no software I tried is able to get data from the receiver. I tried Holux GPSVIEWER, that scans 11 COM ports e finds no GPS, as well as Vito SmartMap, that scans five COM ports and also finds nothing. I have tried "all" combinations of software and hardware COM ports under "settings / GPS". The software ports option lists GPD ports besides COM ones, what are they? I'm very sad about it, that's why I registered to Aximsite, need help...
