My email account is POP3 at the moment. The challenge I have my mobility (no pun intended). I sync once per day to update Outlook and clear the server. In the meantime, I need to receive messages on my phone, reply to them and occasionally reference them at a later date. It is a feature supported by Blackberry phones and FlexMail.

On a positive note, however, it will keep my memory utilization to a minimum. I guess if I want to keep an email, it will have to be manually saved.

Any other opinions?
