It sounds like the device initialization has some problem. Perhaps the internal memory is not ready when the system is trying to start the services that are stored on internal memory.
Sorry that I can't help you much here in a fast way. You might want to try to extract the launcher exe file from my earlier package and tap it to launch the service at some point after you device is booted. If that works. It really is a timing issue.
