Be warned! Since the bluetooth version on the Axim is 1.2 you will experience significantly lower connection speeds on the Axim than those you experience on your Nokia.
I tether my x51v to my LG Fusic (CDMA EVDOx1) with Sprint. The phone gets ~ 1.5 Mb/s and the Axim gets ~ 450Kb/s.
