SEALs are a tough breed of sailors. It was tough working with them in NAM because all to often they didn't come back from their missions. They are good at their jobs and extremely professional. But, doing it for 20+ years would be difficult. When/if you retire, the skills you have don't translate into a civilian field. Unless you're planning to be a mercenary. SWAT would be as close as you'd find.
