No problem. Good advice can help your career. You definitely want to finish your Bachelors degree before you go up for Chief. Way before would be betrter. A Masters would look great on an eval for chief. You'll also want to be one of the best in your rating.
For your enlistment, make sure the schools are guaranteed in writing. I've seen too many kids go to boot camp thinking they'd get into a certain school, only to find out they didn't qualify and weren't guaranteed that particular school.
