Since TCPMP should be able to handle streaming media it should be possible to change the mime type list for the browser to make .flv files open with TCPMP.
Since I do not know what plugins you've got installed I can't help you more than that.
I do, however, recall that there is a TCPMP plugin for browsers (dunno if it's only for pocket IE).
If you need more assistance (unless you find an easier solution for your problem) PM me where you got the FLV plugin and I'll try to make it work.
