I would recommend three trials, non-overlapping, that is, serially:

• PocketBreeze with the default PIM
• PocketBreeze with AgendaFusion as the PIM
  • Disable the PocketBreeze Today plug-in to see how you like AgendaFusion by itself
• PocketBreeze with PocketInformant as the PIM
  • Disable the PocketBreeze Today plug-in to see how you like PocketInformant by itself

Also, while I recommend PocketBreeze, there are at least two other well-known Today Plug-ins that others use. Spb Diary and Journal Bar.
