Total Commander is a file explorer program, so it won't necessarily tell you which files to keep/delete. As Julie said, it's risky to delete files from internal memory without knowing exactly what you are deleting. You might want to do a backup before deleting unknown files.
A hard reset, as Julie also mentioned, is another option to really start clean. I do this every once in awhile; it gives me a chance to make sure I update my programs as well.
