I'm no fan of Ebay, so I have no idea how the prices compare, but I've bought numerous memory cards from amazon at decent prices. Amazon is (in my experience) always reliable and there's usually a huge selection of cards and suppliers, so you can usually find something at an acceptable price.
Secondly, I recommend
7dayshop.com - Online shopping made easy !. They have an excellent selection of memory cards and many other bargains! They only supply the UK and Eire, though, not the rest of Europe. The downside is that whilst the prices are very good, their delivery times are rather slow - usually between 5-9 days, so no good if you're in a hurry, but I could spend a fortune on this site!
