I'd like to get your suggestion/support/help about the speaker problem of my device 6915.

Thinking that may be someone has experienced with the similar problem.

All the functionalities work well on the device, except the speaker. I tried the below steps, but still there is no sound on my device (e.g. phone ring, media player, key sound,...)

1- I replaced the speaker with an original HP speaker, but it does not work. Also the previous speaker it does not work. --which means probably not speaker-hardware problem.
2 -I made hard-reset-which means possibly not a software problem.
3- I checked the speaker connector on the board and it does not have any oxidation or damage.

One more thing:

I think, audio circuit has no problem. Because, when I connect a headset to device, this time there is sound coming from headset, I can hear the phone ring, media player, key sound,etc.--which means audio circuit is fine.

Has anyone faced with a similar problem? or If you have any idea or suggestion how I acn fix this problem. Please let me inform.
