This is a commonly reported problem with this pocket pc. You need to get the jack that you insert your headset into replaced. There is a small switch in the jack that toggles the sound back and forth between the speaker on the pocket pc and the headset by inserting and removing the headset plug. Some of the jacks seem to be defect so that when the headset plug is removed from the jack, the switch does not properly reset to the pocket pc's speaker. You could try jiggling something around in the jack and you may be able to switch the sound back to the pocket pc, but it is very likely that the switch will get stuck again. The jack needs to be replaced.
