Sure you can, but the OP stated they didn't really know what they were doing.

I am a seasoned Pocket PC user and I've never tried moving applications from main memory to a storage card, and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either, especially someone who has stated they don't know what they are doing. Why bother anyway, when it is so easy to simply uninstall and reinstall to the storage card?
