SKTools is not able to change/edit icons from PE files (.exe, .dll, .cpl ...) for shortcuts.
2 ways:
1.) For the shortcut, you can associate icon from another PE file with icon resources. Our program "
Shortcut Manager " can do it.
2.) Do edit PE files included icon resources with an resource editor.
I will not explain in detail because of possible breach of copyright.
