It ALWAYS comes down to what you need and each person should only get what they need. Specifically, the difference in price is about $150 on HP's website. Drawing only 1/4 of the pixels, the 111 can be faster than the 211, even if it had a slower processor (which it doesn't). It just comes down to whether speed or resolution are more important to you.

As for stability, I have had no stability issues whatsoever with my 211, nor have I seen anyone reporting instability problems with it in the forum. The only serious issue with it (that's unique to the device) that I'm aware of is the Compact Flash slot burning the battery regardless of settings on the system to disallow battery draw while the device is off. I haven't heard of a similar issue with the 111, but then again, not as many people are posting to this forum.
