Sure using Pocket File Explorer (the built in application) navigate to the windows folder and then find iPAQWireless (274K) tap and hold on it until you get the menu choose copy. Navigate to where you want the shortcut. Say Start menu | programs and then tap on Menu | Edit | paste shortcut. Pocket File Explorer will create the shortcut for you. There is also a wrlsmgr in the windows folder which will launch the wireless manager application. Again simply use the copy and paste shortcut feature.
