Glad to hear you were able to get a quick exchange! By the way, are you sure it wasn't just the headphone jack thinking that headphones were still plugged in? A few weeks ago, I also thought that the speaker on my HP 210 had died, but then when I plugged in headphones and unplugged them, sound magically came back :).
