"Windows Vista Portable Edition" was a bunch of vista skins for pdas that made programs look vista-like.

But when i try to find it, every site has it removed by ms. Even aximsite:

Can somebody cue me in on what is wrong with creating/sharing skins for a program you paid for. Isnt that what Wisbar is made for, skins?

Instead of taking a hint and figuring out that people would like more customization of the ui built into wm, ms goes all bully and takes it away.
