I am a bit confused. In my neck of the woods these units are wicked expensive, so I prefer not to goof off with this.

What is the difference between the BT and the A2dp technologies in headphones (anyone with a link or explanation).

Which is better? Which is more widely supported?

And can anyone offer any suggestions for good headphones for a non-audiophile, but general music listener. I am concerned also if it is possible to exercise in the headphones, so any practical experience is very welcome.
