I really like
Foxit Reader for both Windows and Windows Mobile. In the free version, it can get a bit annoying with the ad banner at the top but I really like it.
PocketXPDF is nice but doesn't render some files and I really like the fast zooming with Foxit. I may plunk down the money for it some day.
