LnkMgr is a link/shortcut creator and editor for the Pocket PC. It allows a user to effortlessly create and catagorize links en masse in the Start Menu folder. (Its useful after a hard-reset, if you have all your programs installed on your expansion cards and need to recreate the shortcuts)
