Be very careful about getting a CF WiFi at a 'bigbox store.' Nearly all of the current models of CF cards are 802.11g and many
do not have drivers for PPC02 or WM03 (the only OSes that will work on your X5).
Check the WiFi FAQ for models known to work with the X5:
Can anyone suggest a CF card for my Axim X5? (note that I mention the Linksys WCF54G in the FAQ because that was one of the first 802.11g cards to be sold but I'm not sure there are drivers that will allow it to work with the X5).
