It seems to depend on the video... JC Hutchins 7th son Obsidian podcast has videos that play fine (using Coreplayer) 7S: Obsidian | J.C. Hutchins' 7th Son: OBSIDIAN (Current Shows)

(if you haven't heard it already... then start at book1, it's a truely awesome techno thriller)

On the other hand the TMBG video podcast for kids is really slow an horrible....

XDA is a useful site, but it's very techie and they seem to object if a question is asked more than once... It seems to be the culture of the site, I lurk but don't post there. They've got an awesome amount of information but we're a much friendlier bunch over here :)
