So i checked out the jc hutchins stuff htttp://feeds.feedburner.com/jchutchins or something very close to that url is what i subscribed to. I haven't really checked out much of the feeds yet just wanted to try the video. So i downloaded and watched down the radio it was somewhat like g4's podcasts The video was silky smooth good quality (geekbrief was just really laggy and stuttery unbearable) but the audio was way off. However im using media player not coreplayer. Is media player a bad solution for videos, do you use core player for that reason? My last ppc was a dell i didnt do much video watching on that but i did on my original ipaq and i rember using pocketdivx and pocketTV i dont really recall if it was becuase media player broke.
When i bought this thing i wasnt planing on watching vids a whole lot. I never even watched them on my Axim i bought my ipaq 3650 when i was like 17 to play quake on and just got into videos because i thought it was cool. In all reality though i really don't care about watching full length movies or shows on on my pda. It just sord of pointless, if i have that much time on my hands i probably have a laptop, desktop, or tv near me. Although im really excited about these little podcasts and maybe being able to watch like dl.tv and G4 clips on the phone when im wating or the passenger in a car. I must say i sorda got over the ppc thing for a long time, but having the tilt is amazing broadband speed on a ppc is the greastest thing in along time.
Im pretty pumped about listening to this podcast im gonna get a headphone jack adapter for the tilt so i can listen to these books as i drive. Also if your into techno/geeky storys you should check out a book called American Gods by Neil Gamin (the guy who wrote sandman comics) also a movie called hackers 2, the title is a little misleading it is in no way a sequel to the angelina jolie movie from the mid 90s. Its a pretty cool movie about kevin mitnick seems like a pretty good cross between fiction and real life.
