I guess you are in some other country than I(USA) as the ipaq 116 sugests.
But its hard to believe that the ipaq 110 would be that much higher. Its $300 here. anyway 110 and itouch are completely different and will never be alike.
You will never get Excel, powerpoint, or word on it. I have a 8gig SDHC card on mine and could get a 16gig($57 last time I looked). I develope on 110 and have not even come close to running out.
The 110 comes with excell,powerpt, and word.
If you want VGA instead of OVGA then you would have to go to the 210 which is $500:approve:
