Note, I've already got the Windows Explorer set to view all files, but it doesn't show any of the extensions. The Resco File Explorer does show the file extensions and it is a ".dll" file "BtCoreIF.dll."

The one in the Windows folder/directory is "in ROM memory and cannot be deleted!"

Besides, I don't think it's a BlueTooth issue. I was hoping that btcoreif was software that had a switch in it preventing the headphone jack from switching back to "no headphone connected" mode. But, if it is, then it's Read Only and cannot be deleted. And, if it's not, then it's the wrong thing to do.

In either event, either I'm missing something or that was bad advice. If you've got other info, please let me know. I'm about to send the thing in for service tomorrow & will be without it for about a week. I've already removed the SIM, so I can tell you that using the keyboard on a flip phone is no fun, not to mention being without all the other functionalities.
