well, there was the ipaq h4350, but that had a built in qwerty keyboard, or the 6500/6900 series that was the same but a phone device as well. the ipaq 6700 was a decent device... eten also has some devices with slide out such as the gloofish, htc has a handfull of course, toshiba satellite rg4 e02, samsung... etc etc etc.

some of these have phone functionality, some dont.

with a pocket pc phone, you dont have to use the radio for the phone. its a pda all in the same without a sim card
