Should know that you Yanks should have a National Health Service like ours where we have just started performing courage transplants for those scared of av's.

There is also, in the very near future, the possibility of sense of humour transplants although some Americans seem to suffer badly from rejection, particularly the young ones. Copious amounts of drugs seem to prevent this happening though so you should be right at home.
