I have also had several problems since the 6.1 upgrade

Power button flash - same as everyone else, except it is pretty much every time I turn the screen on while the keypad is locked
GPS takes foreeevvvvverrrr to connect, but it seems to be more accurate.
I've had to reboot 3 times in the past 24 hours because I ran out of RAM and it pretty much completely locked up, but I wasn't running anything in the background.
I can't sync with my PC anymore. Not that big of the deal because I'll just use wifi to grab emails/files, but I like being able to sync my contacts to my PC.
Also have the problem when I slide the keyboard out that the text will sometimes go below the screen, or whenever I'm using the on screen keypad, the keypad will completely block the text field
I have a hard time forwarding messages with the threaded view, since the only way I can get to a message is the scroll wheel - and then once the message is highlighted I can choose the option to forward it

I haven't noticed any other issues yet.... The most annoying one has to be the power button screen flash. It drives me nuts!
