Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on the Samsung Omnia as well as reinstall the OS as it had a bad crash on Monday and a guy called Matt at the Vodafone store in Liverpool tried to fix it yesterday but he couldn't as he didn't have a certain Microsoft file that he needed to fix it.

I got a Omnia CD off him as he said that it should have the files needed to reinstall the OS but I can't seem to find them anywhere nor can I seem to access my Omnia a lot of the time...

If anyone has any idea on what I can do, especially as I need it fixing for a trip to London that I'm going on tomorrow, I'd be very grateful.:)
