Personally, though I pretty much agree with what the article is saying, I don't see the point of Bumping it.
Firstly. it is a Sticky after all.
Secondly, there are so few questions these days what's the harm in actually answering them. So what if it's been asked before, do you know how hard it can be to find an answer here when you don't know your way around and you are desperate for help.
There are loads of people using the site who must be doing exactly as suggested, how hard is it to reply to the few people who do ask questions, if you know the correct answer or where to find it.
Without new questions, people get bored and wander away, therefore leaving nobody to answer anything.
After all, this Forum was started as a place to help each other out, a place where members are helping members, not somewhere that people should be afraid of asking for help.
