Have had my ATT Titlt for 6 months now and has worked great. Plugged my phone into charger last night and it was working fine... Got up this morning and the phone will not turn on and when it is plugged into the charger there is a solid red light on the display... Is it a dead battery or a bad charger??? Thank You
