The headset works very well, and I prefer listening to music with this headset rather than a bluetooth headset. I think corded headsets provide better and consistent sound than a cordless, bluetooth headset.

When I'm on the phone I can hear the other person very well (having a stereo headset is great - I am a little deaf in one ear from a childhood illness) and none of my callers have ever had a problem hearing me.

If you want really good quality sound for music on your hw6945, you might want to install this SRS WOW software. I installed it to my hw6925 and it's amazing! However, installing the software made it so my bluetooth A2DP headset does not work with the 6925 anymore - I can use the bluetooth headset for phone calls, but it does not work for music - I would have to perform a factory reset to get the bluetooth A2DP working again, but since I don't like listening to music with my bluetooth headset, this is not important to me.
