I have several questions.

First is there a video tutorial on using the Operating System?

I haven't figured out how to do simple things like:

Problems I've encountered:

The battery never seems to show more than 75% charge when the unit is off the charger.
Even when on the charger, the screen dims after the time set for on on battery. It is set to never turn off when on charger.
