Yes I have read through those. Most if not all of them are about setting up a home network, and I am trying to figure out how to connect to a remote Wi-Fi like Panera Bread.
But, in setting up the home system he discusses acquiring the network with the X50. I used
this page since my unit has WM03SE. He says,

Once activated and within range of a wireless network, the PPC will ask you for the type of connection (Figure WM03SE-3). Typically, you should select Work for a home network, then tap Connect and you will be automatically connected.

Nothing like this happens for me. None of the screens in figures WM03SE-3 through 5 appear.
The troubleshooting stuff seems to be for no signal. I have signal and 3-5 wireless networks are listed. My own is listed as having a strong signal. I can tap any of them on the list and they highlight but this seems to do nothing else.
