My history is fairly short (or maybe not):

- Handspring Visor Platinum - Batteries died, wiped everything out.
- HP iPaq hx4705 - Sold to get my next device.
- Cingular 8125 - I still miss that phone. Dropped it one too many times though.
- Cingular 8525 - Replacement once I finally got the insurance money from my 8125.
- Palm Treo 750 - Decided I wanted a different form factor, and the 8525 was having hardware button issues. So I picked it up, and other than a bad battery and fried charger right off the bat, good phone till I started having issues with the keypad.
- Palm Treo 750 - My current version. Much more cooperative. Seems to be slightly different hardware. Only thing that's starting to drive me nuts now is the 240x240 display. I don't mind square display, but I'd love 320x320 or wouldn't even mind going back to a full sized display like the 8125/8525.

I could include the Audiovox SMT5600 in there too. That was actually after the iPAQ and before the 8125. I still have that phone too, and use it as a spare. Although, ask me where it is now, I couldn't tell you, but it did come in handy when I did a 10 mile race back in August. Thousands of people make it difficult to find one specific person. :D

ETA: My sig is inaccurate, and my 8525, despite the button issues, is currently used for GPS in my truck. So it's still got some usefulness in it.
