my VERY FIRST pda was a Palm Vx.. wow.. to this day.. no color screen device can match it's visibility in direct sunlight (though undoubtedly PUMMELED in the "visibility in the dark" department... miserable indiglo backlight.. uuugh). All of that topped with a WHOPPING 8mb of internal storage (no sd cards at the time) i was SET FOR LIFE! Or so I thought...
Years later I sprung for a Tungsten E. Loved that device .. but meh.. I later got the Tungsten T5 which completely ROCKED MY WORLD.. LOVED the storage feature and tons of internal memory AND a SD slot.
I picked up a few more Palm devices and pretty much just became a collector at that point (still had my E, got an E2, and a T3). Soon however, I was enticed by windows mobile and picked up an Ipaq for $40 off of ebay.. i was hooked!
Soon after I picked up an axim x51v. I LOVED IT. But eventually the idea of having a persistent connection to the internet convinced me to get an 8125 which led to me eventually selling my beloved axim.. which i'll admit... feels like a HORRIBLE ... HORRIBLE mistake to me now. I've since upgraded to the Tilt and still have my sad collection of palm devices laying around and collecting dust. LOL.
