Current: AT&T Tilt
Previous: T-Mobile SDA (unlocked and on Cingular/AT&T)
Other previous PDAs (no phone built in):
Viewsonic V37 (got it free from Microsoft, can't beat that)
Compaq iPaq H3650
Sharp Pocket PC (circa 2000), one of the first windows ce devices with a full keyboard and pcmcia slot, not much memory though, and it was volatile - don't let the battery run down!
