Oh my. I have no idea of the complete history of my PDA use but it goes WAY back.
I think my first PDA was probably the Cassiopeia A-10 HPC. It was version 1 of the Windows Mobile OS (Windows CE 1.0) and I loved it! It had a screamin' 44mhz processor and 2mb of RAM. :)
I also had a Sharp SE-500 which is just an amazing little unit at the time. It was pocketable but still had a built-in modem. I just remember that the screen at the time was simply awesome! All the other screens looked like grey/green on a darker gray/green but the Sharp screen was so much more vivid.
Almost all of the rest of my PDA history has been with Windows Mobile units. I used to love HPC devices with their larger screens and usable keyboards. The first PPC I had that I liked was the Casio E-115. I actually still have it. My kids play songs on it sometimes. :)
Honorable mentions would include the HP Jornada HPCs and the Psion netbook Pro - original netbook? ;)
I still have and use my Dell Axim x50v. Its a great unit but I really need to upgrade, don't I. ;)
